The AI-generated case analyses, summaries, suggested next steps, and any other outputs provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel. 4. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all submissions.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to tenant-landlord disputes.
  • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI analysis provided by our Service is generated using artificial intelligence models. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
  • AI analysis is not a substitute for professional legal judgment.
  • Case categorization and urgency assessments are preliminary and subject to expert review.
  • Legal requirements vary by jurisdiction, and AI analysis may not account for all local laws and regulations.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, AI models, and design elements — are the exclusive property of TenantCortex Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your tenant dispute. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
